NexarBit Trade provides market insights, tracking tools, and educational content. It does not offer brokerage, execution, wallet, or custody services.

3. Market data & demo mode

Spot market prices are supplied by third-party sources such as CoinGecko. Demo Mode provides stable mock data for review and testing. Perpetual market panels are for demonstration purposes only.

4. Alerts & reminders

Alerts are informational reminders shown inside the app. They are not guarantees, predictions, or investment advice.

5. User responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer any portion, or redistribute content without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, trademarks, and content in NexarBit Trade belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed or unavailable at times.

8. Limitation of liability

NexarBit Trade and its team are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend access if the terms are violated or the app is discontinued.
